Pan-Africanism
A social, political, and cultural movement that promotes the unity and solidarity of Africans worldwide!
What does it mean to me?
It’s about us, as a people, choosing to do better for one another — being more loving, more supportive, and letting go of the petty divisions that hold us back.
It means not questioning someone’s “Blackness” because of their music taste, their hobbies, or the way they speak.
It’s about breaking free from harmful narratives:
Black men vs Black women.
Black children vs Black parents.
Light-skinned vs dark-skinned.
We’re not each other’s enemies — we’re family. Pan-Africanism, to me, is about healing, unifying, and building something stronger together.
Just to be clear, being Pro-Black doesn't mean being Anti something else. I just want to see my people doing better in this world, and I believe it starts with being better towards each other.
